Chiefs vs. Seahawks Open Thread

The Kansas City Chiefs are about to kick off their third preseason game tonight against the Seattle Seahawks.

This post will serve as the live game thread so you can watch and chat with other Chiefs fans during the action. We’re also trying something new tonight. Here are 5 things to keep an eye on tonight:

1. Who are the 2012 Chiefs?

Are they the team that kicked the crap out of the Arizona Cardinals or the guys who got manhandled by the Rams? We may find out tonight.

2. How good is Brian Daboll’s offense?

The early returns on Brian Daboll have been positive. Can the KC offense keep moving the ball against Seattle’s tough D?

3. Can the secondary hold up?

Brandon Flowers and Kendrick Lewis are both ruled out for tonight. Abram Elam and Jalil Brown will start in their place. How deep is the KC defense? We’re about to find out.

4. Is Berry REALLY back?

Berry got caught out of position last week and hasn’t made a huge impact yet this preseason. He’ll get extended playing time tonight. Can he shake off the rust and return to form?

5. Paging Jon Baldwin

For the third straight week, KC fans wait to see what all the training camp hype surrounding Jonathan Baldwin was about. Will the WR finally have his coming out party?
