Peyton Manning Update: The Tour Continues…Sort of

Until today, it was being reported by multiple sources that QB Peyton Manning would not be visiting with any other NFL teams.

Now it is being reported by multiple sources that Peyton Manning will visit with more NFL teams.

And none of those teams are named the Chiefs.

Yet.

Manning is now apparently going to meet with the Tennessee Titans and the Miami Dolphins. While it appears he will not visit the team facilities, he is expected to sit down with the respective head coaches.

Then again, as we learn all over again every five minutes, this is all subject to change.

What about the Chiefs?

No word on that front. Though as recently as last night, Doug Farrar of Yahoo! Sports reported that a reliable source in Kansas City told him that the Chiefs were indeed still in the race for Manning and that they were having productive talks with his (Manning’s) people.

Still, if the Chiefs are serious about signing Manning they are going to need to talk to the man himself.
