Chiefs Injury Report

The Chiefs got back to the practice field today following their loss to the Baltimore Ravens in Friday night’s preseason contest.

There were a few minor injury sitings today. Bob Gretz was on hand and thanks to his reports to CBS Rapid Reports, we’ve got a quick summary of what went down.

-Jonathan Baldwin was present at practice. He’s sporting a cast on his thumb and wrist.

-Jared Gaither returned and took part in position drills. When the team portion began he was in the rehab area.

-Branden Albert left practice early with some sort of injury to his face.

-Jake O’Connel left practice with an apparent ankle injury.

-According to Josh Looney’s practice report, Tamba Hali “had his workout cut short.” No other information on if he is injured or how serious it is. We’ll keep an eye out for news there.

I wouldn’t worry too much about Tamba not returning to practice. The Chiefs are being very careful in camp this year and they aren’t taking any chances, especially with their key players.
