Madden NFL 2012: Chiefs’ Ratings Revealed

facebooktwitterreddit

ESPN.com and EA Sports have released the full team ratings for (almost all) the Kansas City Chiefs in Madden NFL 12.

My initial reaction?

Not bad.

There are some obvious changes that will be made right out of the box. Preseason performances will be taken into account so some players could see a small boost/decrease depending on how they perform in August. There are also a few players missing and a few players that need to be taken away based on recent transactions in free agency.

Let’s take a look at some of the highlights:

Matt Cassel: 86

Jamaal Charles: 95

Dwayne Bowe: 91

Tamba Hali: 91

More after the jump:

Other Notables:

Flowers: 91

Berry: 88

Carr: 81

Lewis: 73

Moeaki: 76

Moeaki’s rating is too low if you ask me. I think he should be a solid 80 at least. He is an excellent player.

I am alright with most of the other ratings. The o-line is solid despite losing 91 overall Brian Waters. The linebackers are pretty shabby after DJ and Hali and the defensive line is also pretty ragged, though we haven’t seen Gregg’s rating. They have Gilberry rated a 64, which is dead wrong.

The rookie ratings all suck…so they have some proving to do.

All in all the team should be pretty decent out of the box.

What do you guys  think?
