Madden NFL 11 Roster Update: Chiefs Surge

facebooktwitterreddit

The Kansas City Chiefs have been playing some good football lately and it will be reflected in their latest Madden 11 player and team ratings.

The Chiefs have been steadily increasing in the ratings all season and this week was no different.

Leading the charge is WR Dwayne Bowe. Bowe increased from an 88 to a 92 overall. I can’t remember the Chiefs ever having a receiver rated so highly in Madden…unless you count Tony G.

Matt Cassel also saw a nice bump. Hey, Bowe isn’t throwing AND catching those balls. The Chiefs QB jumped from an 82 to an 85 overall. Don’t quote me on this but I think that is Cassel’s highest Madden rating ever. I think he was an 84 when the Chiefs got him from NE.

Tamba Hali took his rightful place in the 90’s moving up from an 89 to a 91 overall.

Verran Tucker moved up to #2 on the depth chart and saw his rating go from 61 to 65 overall. Still stinks but he hasn’t been that impressive yet. Although he has been better than Chris Chambers who is one of the few Chiefs to see decreases this season, dropping from 77 to 74 overall. He also dropped to #4 on the depth chart. Where he belongs.

The Chiefs as a team also saw a boost moving from an 81 to an 82 overall.

Lastly, Shaun Smith got an increase in his Trucking and Carrying. Way to go Shaun.
