Dexter McCluster Is Back

facebooktwitterreddit

After missing multiple weeks with what is believed to have been a high ankle sprain, Chiefs rookie WR Dexter McCluster was back at practice today, taking part in all aspects.

From Josh Looney via Twitter:

"JoshLooney Josh LooneyGood news out of #Chiefs practice today; Dexter McCluster (ankle) practices in full for first time in a month. Moeaki back too -head/limited"

This is welcomed news for the Chiefs who have lacked a bit of offensive spark since McCluster’s departure. Dexter’s return should also make life a little bit easier on WR Dwayne Bowe and RB Jamaal Charles. Bowe has been the Chiefs’ only legitimate receiving threat with McCluster out (not that it has hurt his production much) and Charles has had to be used more frequently as a wideout to keep defenses honest.

McCluster adds a big threat element to the Chiefs offense and they will need it as they try to get their second road win of the season Sunday in Seattle.

What do you think Addicts? Will McCluster make an immediate impact when he returns?
