Jaguars QB Could Be Todd Bouman

facebooktwitterreddit

The Jacksonville Jaguars could be forced to sit both David Garrard and Trent Edwards when the play the Kansas City Chiefs at Arrowhead Stadium Sunday.

That would mean there QB will be Todd Bouman, who hasn’t thrown a pass in the NFL since 2005.

I have been watching the reports out of Jacksonville and it looks more and more like Edwards and Garrard will sit. Jacksonville has signed another QB, Patrick Ramsey which would seem to indicate they may need an emergency, emergency QB to back up their emergency QB in Bouman.

Garrard is at home resting after suffering a concussion late Monday night and Edwards has a bandage on his throwing hand and is suffering from a sprained thumb. He will be evaluated again on Friday to see if he can play.

Bauman has been in and out of the Jags system but has never played in a regular season game for them. He saw sporadic duty with the Vikings and Saints from 2001-2005. he has a career completion percentage of 56.1% and has thrown 11 touchdowns and 11 interceptions.

What do you think Addicts? Does this give the Chiefs a major advantage heading in to Sunday’s game?
