Chiefs Behind Two Winless Teams In ESPN Power Rankings

facebooktwitterreddit

The Kansas City Chiefs are 2-0 and could care less about what some guys at ESPN rank them, however, I find ESPN’s latest Power Rankings to be a little bit insulting to Todd Haley’s tough, young team.

I enjoy Power Rankings. They are fun and I don’t usually let them get me very riled up. However, the ESPN panel of “experts” has the 2-0 Kansas City Chiefs ranked 20th, behind the 0-2 Cowboys and 0-2 Vikings.

Seriously?

I’ve said on many occasions that after the last three years, the Chiefs were going to have to earn their respect on the field. While they haven’t looked pretty the last two weeks, they still beat the Chargers and the Browns on the road in less than a week!

The Cowboys and Vikings are talented teams but right now they aren’t finding ways to win. The Kansas City Chiefs are.

It will likely take a couple of more wins and some offensive production before the folks at ESPN really start giving the Chiefs some attention.

But we don’t have to like it.

Time to sound off Addicts! Do you think ti is fair the Chiefs are ranked below winless teams?
