Ryan Succop Boots 65-Yard FG

I love Twitter. Thanks to tweeting and to Josh Looney, we get practice updates like this almost instantaneously.

According to Mr. Looney, Chiefs 2nd year kicker and the 2008 NFL Drafts “Mr. Irrelevant” booted a 65-yard FG at the OTA practice today, albeit aided by the wind.

Wind or no wind, a 65 yard FG is a 65 yard FG. Succop has got some serious power. Hopefully now that Ryan has a year under his belt, the Chiefs coaching staff will trust him with more long range kicks. He certainly has the leg to make them.
