The gangs all here…well, there.

Today at 3PM EST, the college football Eash-West Shrine game will kickoff. The East team is being coached by the Chiefs new defensive coordinator, Romeo Crennel, while the West squad is being coached by former Chiefs head coach Marty Shottenheimer. On top of all that, former Chiefs great Will Shields will be coaching the East’s offensive line.

If all the Chiefs connections weren’t enough to get you to watch this game, then the face that the Chiefs brass is in will be in attendance, should. Chiefs GM, Scott Pioli and head coach, Todd Haley are in Orlando for the game. They are joined by Pioli’s father-in-law, Bill Parcells and Packers GM Ted Thompson.

This is a smart move by Pioli, as he will be able to gain extra insight on some of the East’s players because Crennel is coaching. There is a good chance the Chiefs may find a player they like this weekend and that player could end up on the their draft board come April.

Make sure you tune in today to get a look at the prospects.
