Those Who Ignore History Are Doomed To Repeat It!

A little twist today on my Chiefs Fun Fact. Its more of a reminder of our past mistakes I think.  Here it is:

Of the 53 players on the Chiefs kickoff weekend roster in 2008, only seven joined the team prior to Herm Edwards arrival as coach in 2006. We started 2008 with more rookies than any other NFL team.  No need to remind you that 2008 was one of the worst years in Chiefs history. 2009 was not much better.  Important facts to reflect on, I think, as we once again enter a time of change.
