Travis Kelce looks refreshed at the start of the 2026 season. He is seemingly moving a tick faster than in the last two seasons. But with each passing week, fans are relishing his chances as his career winds down.

The Kansas City Chiefs' tight end just turned 37 years old. How much more will he add to his career production? With that burning question in mind, it is important to look at where Kelce sits on the all-time receiving lists. Here are the next milestones he can conquer entering this Sunday night's game against the Seattle Seahawks.

Kelce is closing in on several legends in career receiving yards

It is notable that the following numbers we will be looking at only include all-time regular-season marks. Playoff numbers are not included. All of these lists are courtesy of Pro Football Reference. Let's start with career receiving yards.

Kelce sits at 13,301 career receiving yards. He just passed former teammate DeAndre Hopkins for 19th place in all-time receiving yards with his performance against the Los Angeles Chargers. Kelce would need 82 more receiving yards to top Torry Holt (13,382) for 18th place.

Among active players, Kelce is currently 171 receiving yards behind Mike Evans. Both will obviously add more yards to climb up the list this season. However, Evans' health is worth monitoring currently.

Kelce needs 403 more receiving yards to pass Julio Jones (13,703). That seems quite doable based on his numbers over the last few years, even if that production was lower than what he saw in the Chiefs' offense during its prime.

If Kelce matches his lowest yardage total for a full season (823 receiving yards in 2024), that would still allow him to narrowly pass two more names on the all-time receiving yards list. Anquan Boldin (13,779) and Henry Ellard (13,777) are in Kelce's sights if he reaches at least that 823-yard mark this year. Kelce could also come very close to Cris Carter's number (13,899) as well. Perhaps he barely passes Carter, depending on how strong his finish is the rest of this season.

Kelce could make history in career receptions and receiving TDs

Kelce is currently in 7th place all-time in career receptions (1,100). One more catch places him in a tie with Carter for 6th place. Two more catches would tie him with Marvin Harrison for 5th place. Kelce needs 128 more catches to tie Jason Witten for 4th place. As a result, he appears destined to sit in 5th place when the season concludes.

Now let's move to career receiving touchdowns. Kelce has 84 touchdown catches in the regular season. He has not had more than five in a single campaign since 2022. So far, Kelce has two receiving touchdowns in 2026.

As of now, Kelce is tied for 23rd place all-time with four other names at 84. Two more receiving touchdowns would allow him to pass a group of four players tied at 85 touchdown catches (Lance Alworth, Paul Warfield, Hines Ward, and Hopkins).

Three more receiving touchdowns would tie him with Andre Reed for 18th place. Kelce needs four more touchdown grabs to tie Don Maynard for 17th place. Five more would put him in a tie for 16th place with Jimmy Graham. Kelce can tie Isaac Bruce for 15th place with seven more touchdown catches. And his longtime tight end counterpart, Rob Gronkowski, sits in 14th place. Gronk has eight more touchdown catches than Kelce as of now.
