Who are the announcers and referees for Chiefs vs. Saints today?
The Kansas City Chiefs will play on Monday Night Football this week and the New Orleans Saints are coming to town for the Week 5 matchup. The Chiefs are 4-0 and have won every game by no more than seven points and all of their games have come down to the wire.
The Saints, on the other hand, roared out of the gates in Weeks 1 and 2, blowing out the Panthers and Cowboys before losing close contests to the Eagles and Falcons. These two teams don't play often due to being in different conferences and the Saints not being as competitive as KC (therefore not getting to be the NFC South that plays them as the 17th game) so this will be the first meeting since 2020.
Who is on the call for this week's Chiefs game? Let's take a look at the announcer lineup.
Announcers for Chiefs vs. Saints
- Lead Play-by-Play Announcer: Joe Buck
- Color Commentator: Troy Aikman
- Sideline Reporter: Lisa Salters
With this being a standalone Monday night game, it'll be the classic ESPN crew of Joe Buck, Troy Aikman, and Lisa Salters. Fans can also catch Peyton and Eli Manning on the ManningCast on ESPN2 during the game.
Referees for Chiefs vs. Saints
Head Referee: Brad Rogers
The head ref for this game will be Brad Rogers, who started as a field judge in the NFL in 2017. He was promoted to referee in 2019 and didn't ref a Chiefs game last year until the Wild Card round of the playoffs. He was the head ref for two Saints games with New Orleans losing both of those.
