At this point you can probably divide Chiefs Kingdom into one of two unexpected camps (seriously, who saw this coming during the preseason?): 1.) Fans thirsty for all of the salacious details about Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce and, 2.) Fans who cannot wait for this storyline to go away as quickly as possible.

For those in the former camp, we have good news for you: Kelce is spilling some of the story himself.

On the latest episode of his podcast New Heights, which he co-hosts with his brother Jason Kelce, Travis is apparently ready to talk about his connection with Taylor Swift to some degree. Even in previews, he mentioned now that his personal life is not so personal: "I did this to myself, Jason, I know this." But let's also be clear that relational privacy really been a concern in previous situations given that he had his own dating show, Catching Kelce.

Travis Kelce discussed Taylor Swift and more with his brother on the latest New Heights episode.

Kelce has already detailed his failed attempts to meet her back when Swift's Eras tour brought her to Kansas City back in the summer months on a previous episode of New Heights.

"I was disappointed that she doesn't talk before or after her shows because she has to save her voice for the 44 songs that she sings. So I was a little butt hurt I didn't get to hand her one of the bracelets I made for her. If you're up on Taylor Swift concerts, there are friendship bracelets. I received a bunch of them being there, but I wanted to give Taylor Swift one with my number on it."

From there, rumors persisted that the two were potentially connected but Swift's decision to come see Kelce play against the Chicago Bears last Sunday was the first public "outing" of any kind. Swift cheered on Kelce and the Chiefs next to Kelce's mom in a suite at Arrowhead Stadium.

Jason begins by asking Travis a pretty obvious question, "What is your life like right now?" Travis responds, "I'm on the roller coaster" and references paparazzi outside of his house screaming his name with cameras.

"Shout out to Taylor for pulling up," says Travis. "That was pretty ballsy. I just thought it was awesome how everyone in the suite had nothing but great things to say about her. The friends and family. She looked amazing, everybody was talking about her in a great light. On top of that, the day went perfect for Chiefs fans of course. We script it all ladies and gentlemen. It was just impressive."

For those who were wanting to hear some insight or updates on the relationship, however, Kelce quickly turned a corner at the point he could have given any information. And it's clear that mums the word going forward.

"I know that I brought all this attention to me, I’m the one that did the whole friendship bracelet thing and told everybody how butthurt I was that I didn’t get to meet Taylor. You miss 100% shots you don’t take, baby. What’s real is that it is my personal life. I want to respect both of our lives. She’s not in the media as much as I am doing this show every single week and having fun during the NFL season doing other guys’ shows like the McAfee show and any other show I go on from here on out ... like you said on that Thursday night game, I’m enjoying life and I sure as hell enjoyed this weekend. So everything moving forward, I think talking about sports and saying ‘alright now’ will have to be kind of where I keep it."

Elsewhere on the episode, the Kelce brothers also break down Andy Reid's incredible achievement of reaching No. 4 on the all-time coaching wins list after passing Tom Landry on Sunday, the Chiefs' dominant win over the Bears, and the Miami Dolphins' ability to put up 70 points in a game.
