Howie Roseman is one of the most aggressive general managers in the NFL. He also doesn't care that the Chiefs and Eagles just faced off in the Super Bowl. Roseman will do anything he believes can improve the roster, and he's been a big proponent of trading down over the years.
The Eagles have made a lot of changes to their roster this offseason, but they still have a big need in the secondary. A move down the board should still leave a top 3 corner in play and more picks to target linebacker or safety depth.
This is another spot the Chiefs could look to jump up for the last wave of starting-level tackles or the last bit of the top receiver talent. Here they are jumping over whoever ends up trading with the Vikings for pick #23, the Cowboys, the Packers, and the Buccaneers. The Cowboys have a strong need at tackle and receiver and the Bucs and Packers are wild cards. They could go in numerous directions.
