We are never sure what to believe this NFL season until we see it for ourselves. It's the nature of having globally known celebrities paying attention to the Kansas City Chiefs, who themselves are the very model for sustained success in the National Football League. Basically, everything happening with Chiefs Kingdom these days feels like a fever dream if you've been along for any part of the non-Andy Reid years.

Anyway, speaking of global audiences, back to Taylor Swift.

It's no secret that Swift is dating Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce these days and, from time to time, her touring schedule allows her to catch a game to support her newest love interest. While some fans are over the whole superstar couple thing, the truth is that we're not—even if only because when Taylor is around, Travis takes his game to a whole new level.

Consider this: the Chiefs have never lost this season when Taylor Swift is in the building. They are 4-0 in those games and much of that is due to the enhanced production of Kelce on the field when she is there. We're not sure if it's about a desire to impress her or whether she's given him inspired advice or what, but the difference is noticeable.

On Sunday, while we were heard rumors that Swift would make it to the game, seeing is believing, as we said, and now we can say it's true.

Why is this huge? Not only because the Chiefs are undefeated with Taylor in their actual corner but Kelce is primed for a big game against Matt LaFleur's team. In those four games with Swift in his suite, sitting next to Donna, perhaps, Kelce has 34 catches for 432 yards and 2 scores. Yeah, that's over 100 yards/game.

The last time Swift was in attendance was quite some time ago against the Chargers back in Week 7. Back then, Kelce set season-high marks with catches (12) and yards (179) along with one touchdown. The Chiefs also won by 14 points.

Until Swift is around for a mediocre performance from Kelce or a loss overall in the standings, we're gonna root for her to be around as often as she wants. (And honestly, we're going to be happy for Travis after that no matter what happens in Week 13. Love is good like that.)
