2. Justin Herbert, Los Angeles Chargers

Backups: Easton Stick, Max Duggan

Like Patrick Mahomes, Justin Herbert has seemingly only gotten better as time has gone on. Herbert's receiving corps has gotten better with time as well. Now with Kellen Moore's creativity in offensive playcalling, Justin Herbert could be on his way to a monster season. Herbert is capable of throwing darts all over the field with precision. If he takes the next step, Mahomes and Herbert could be the two top quarterbacks in the NFL.

With a trio of Keenan Allen, Mike Williams, and now first-round pick Quentin Johnston lining up all over the field, the passing offense could be a nightmare for opposing defenses. All of that is without mentioning Austin Ekeler, who led all running backs in receptions a season ago. Needless to say, the expectations are high for the Charger offense and we expect Herbert to have his best season yet.
