If anyone wants to tell you that things are simple and straightforward for the Kansas City Chiefs in terms of their needed approach to Week 18, you can ignore them. The truth is that things are more nuanced than that as the Chiefs face the decision of whether to rest the majority of their starters in the final week of the season or not.

For some players, the answer is obvious. If someone has been playing hurt or hoping for an injury to heal, then rest is the only response when the Chiefs take the field in Week 18 at SoFi Stadium to visit the Los Angeles Chargers.

For others, however, there are rhythms to consider. The Chiefs offense is still not fully back on track and it's possible that gaining more playing time would be helpful for younger players who are still gaining ground each week. Just look at how Rashee Rice adjusted his route on the longest pass of the season in Week 17.

Should the Chiefs play Travis Kelce enough to get his 1,000 yards? And what about Isiah Pacheco chasing the same milestone as well? What about Chris Jones and his sack bonuses? Should they treat this as another bye week?

Join Matt Conner & Sterling Holmes as they break down what needs to go down in Week 18 to work out in favor of the Kansas City Chiefs. Plus, reactions to last Sunday's Chiefs-Bengals game and the return of the Must List!
