Podcast: Travis Kelce adds to Chiefs injury woes

The latest Arrowhead Addict podcast runs through all we know about Travis Kelce's injury and previews the upcoming Lions game on TNF.
On Tuesday afternoon, the Kansas City Chiefs released some troubling news that was the last thing anyone in Chiefs Kingdom ever wanted to read: Travis Kelce had a knee injury. Just like that, social media was in a panic, fans were putting on sackcloth and ashes in some sort of Biblical mourning ceremony, and a team already dealing with serious absences had another question just two days before starting their season.
The Chiefs host the Detroit Lions on Thursday Night Football to kick off the NFL season this week, but they already were dealing with a number of injuries and issues coming into the week. First, there are the knee injuries to L'Jarius Sneed, Turk Wharton, Kadarius Toney and more. There's also the holdout from Chris Jones that just makes no sense to anyone. And now there's Kelce.
The good news is that the team didn't immediately provide some sort of final decision as to whether or not Kelce will play so there's a chance he will come through and still play. However the Chiefs also need to keep their focus on the long term here as well.
