Recent rumors have the Kansas City Chiefs potentially interested in one or more player reunions this fall.

The Kansas City Chiefs have had a few days to think about some things. Given their recent appearance in primetime to open Week 6 back on Thursday Night Football—a victory over the Denver Broncos, if you'll recall—the Chiefs have then had a sort of mini-bye to consider the state of their roster with 10 days of rest between contests.

This is important for a couple of reasons. First, some players with whom the Chiefs are very familiar have either already wiggled free from their initial teams in 2023 or they're rumored to be very available. That in itself creates questions about potential moves.

Even beyond that, however, is the looming trade deadline in the National Football League. Last year, the Chiefs decided to ship off third and sixth-round picks to the New York Giants for the chance to add Kadarius Toney to the lineup. Is another move forthcoming?

On this episode of the Arrowhead Addict podcast, we break down the pros and cons of getting back together with some players, trading for others, and promoting from within at key positions.
