9. Dallas Cowboys (3-2)

Last Week: 7 (-2)

The Cowboys are on the verge of a trainwreck of a season. They started the season looking like one of the NFL's best teams. After getting hammered by the 49ers and losing to the Cardinals, they seem like they could be taking a turn for the worse. With several defensive stars injured, they could really take a step in the wrong direction if they aren't careful.

10. Baltimore Ravens (3-2)

Last Week: 8 (-2)

The Ravens couldn't move the ball effectively this week. The Steelers have some tremendous talent on the defensive side of the ball but they have not looked good on offense. This week, Baltimore looked like they had switched roles with the Steelers. Pretty solid defense, but awful offensive production.

11. Los Angeles Rams (2-2)

Last Week: 11 (-)

The Rams got Cooper Kupp back and that makes their offense EVEN BETTER. Unfortunately, they lack playmakers on the defensive side of the ball outside of Aaron Donald. It is possible that they figure themselves out by the end of the year but they have a long way to go.

12. Indianapolis Colts (3-2)

Last Week: 14 (+2)

Anthony Richardson being hurt is certainly a worry but this Colts team is well-coached and can win in a variety of ways. I don't expect the Colts to be a playoff team but they could be one of those teams playing spoiler at year's end.

13. Tampa Bay Buccaneers (3-1)

Last Week: 12 (-1)

(BYE WEEK)

14. Atlanta Falcons (3-2)

Last Week: 13 (-1)

This week the Falcons enjoyed a walk-off win against the Texans in dramatic fashion. While they seem to lack an identity, the Falcons have proven that they can win in ugly games. This certainly doesn't make them a fun team to watch, but they are sneaky. I think the Falcons are a team that could sneak into the playoffs if a few things go their way.

15. Cleveland Browns (2-2)

Last Week: 15 (-)

(BYE WEEK)

16. Tennessee Titans (2-3)

Last Week: 18 (+2)

The Titans are a team that should consider selling the farm for a top-tier quarterback. If Will Levis is not good enough to take over for Ryan Tannehill, they need to add someone who is. As a Chiefs fan, I have seen a lot of teams that are "a quarterback away." This is absolutely one of those teams.
