You know where to place the Chiefs. We know where to place the Chiefs.

The Week 2 NFL Power Rankings are out from our pals at FanSided, and when a team has won consecutive Super Bowls, is chasing a three-peat, and just edged last year's top defensive team in Week 1, everyone knows where to place the Kansas City Chiefs.

The Chiefs sit alone at the top of the Power Rankings, compiled by Cody Williams, and it's hard to imagine anyone knocking them off anytime soon.

The team will get wide receiver Hollywood Brown back from a sternoclavicular injury in short order—perhaps this weekend against the Cincinnati Bengals—which will only enhance an offense that looked like it was having a lot more fun in Week 1 than most of last year. Wideout Xavier Worthy and tackle Kingsley Suamataia will also continue to grow as rookie starters, which makes the offensive potential that much more exciting.

As for competition, the Chiefs have to be thrilled with the result of the first week of the season. Familiar contenders looked quite different this year. The Bengals themselves are typically slow to start, but they fell to the New England Patriots—who were projected as the worst team in the AFC. The Bills defense looked pathetic despite the team's opening win. Basically the rest of the AFC looks like clear second and third fiddles to K.C.

That might explain why the NFC occupies the next four spots on the Power Rankings from Williams, led by the Lions. In fact, the next AFC team comes in at No. 6 and it's the Ravens who lost to the Chiefs in Week 1.

What makes things even more hilarious is the state of the Chiefs' division. The L.A. Chargers come in at No. 17 after an uninspired win over the Las Vegas Raiders, who weigh in at No. 28. Then the Denver Broncos clean up the West at No. 30 overall following the anemic debut of quarterback Bo Nix against the Seattle Seahawks.

Unless the Bengals can gain some quick steam on offense (and get Tee HIggins healthy enough to play) while remembering how to tackle after a frustrating Sunday afternoon, the Chiefs should expect to stay on the top perch for quite some time.
