The Kansas City Chiefs have made their list of undrafted free agent signings final after a full week of rumors and reports of various signings and tryout invitations. And with 17 total signings, it's another robust class of rookie free agents looking for a real chance to turn heads and break through on a roster aiming for the historic three-peat.

The Chiefs began signing priority free agents in earnest more than a week ago and the Chiefs put together a tremendous amount of first-year players to come together for their recent rookie minicamp held over the weekend. Now on the other side of that, the team has announced 17 official signings.

Each undrafted free agent (UDFA) is a longshot, but the Chiefs have given such players a real chance in the past to make the roster. Turk Wharton remains as a good example of a defensive lineman from a small school—Missouri S&T—who seized the brass ring in his first season and he's been on the active roster ever since. The same can be said of running backs like Spencer Ware, Darrel Williams, and Deneric Prince.

Keep an eye on this class's running backs among the best bets to make this team given the need for the Chiefs. Linebacker Curtis Jacobs is also an early favorite along with defensive lineman Fabian Lovett Sr. and tackle Ethan Driskell. Punter Ryan Rehkow was also signed to compete with Matt Araiza to replace Tommy Townsend, another UDFA who just earned a nice payday in free agency.m
