Dolphins vs. Chiefs best anytime touchdown scorer picks (Rashee Rice has value)
By Peter Dewey
Arguably the biggest matchup in the NFL in Week 9 may be the highest-scoring one as well when the Kansas City Chiefs take on the Miami Dolphins in Germany.
Both of these teams have lethal offenses, and that makes the anytime touchdown scorer market a fun one to bet on Sunday for this standalone game.
Kansas City is favored in this game, and I think the team has the edge to beat this Dolphins team that is 0-2 against opponents that are over .500 this season.
With that in mind, who will score for the Chiefs?
I broke down my three favorite picks for players to find the end zone in this game below:

Best anytime touchdown scorer picks for Dolphins vs. Chiefs in NFL Week 9
- Rashee Rice (+245)
- Isaiah Pacheco (-120)
- Tyreek Hill (-125)
Rashee Rice anytime touchdown scorer
Week after week, I keep coming back to Rashee Rice as a touchdown scorer, because I feel like he deserves more looks in this Kansas City offense.
Rice has at least four catches in four straight games, and he’s scored a touchdown twice in that stretch. Not only that, but Rice has made the most of his chances this season, catching 30 of his 39 targets.
With Skyy Moore struggling, one has to wonder if Rice gets more run in Andy Reid’s offense this week. If he does, he’s a value to score at +245 against a Dolphins defense that has allowed 12 passing scores this season (the sixth most in the NFL).
Isaiah Pacheco anytime touchdown scorer
Isaiah Pacheco has scored four times this season, and he’s scored in all four of his last four games against teams not named the Denver Broncos (Pacheco failed to find the end zone in both matchups with Denver).
This is a favorable matchup for the Chiefs running back, as Miami’s allowed nine rushing scores this season despite allowing just 3.9 yards per carry.
I expect the Chiefs to score big on this Miami team – like the Buffalo Bills and Philadelphia Eagles did – on Sunday.
The Dolphins have struggled with a step up in competition, and more chances to score means it’s more likely Pacheco can punch one in near the goal line.
Tyreek Hill anytime touchdown scorer
Chiefs fans aren’t going to like this one, but if we’re going to bet on a Dolphin to score this week, it should be Tyreek Hill.
Hill already has over 1,000 receiving yards this season, and he leads the NFL with eight receiving touchdowns.
The only game that Hill didn’t score in this season was against the Buffalo Bills when he made just three catches in a 28-point Dolphins loss.
I expect this game to be high-scoring, and the Chiefs have been vulnerable at times through the air, allowing 11 passing touchdowns, tied for the ninth most in the NFL.
This is a revenge game for Hill, and I think he finds the end zone to show his former team what it is missing.
