Despite his enormous contract extension, Creed Humphrey is a thrifty fella.

Creed Humphrey is a bit beyond a need to cut coupons, nor does he need to wait for an item to go on sale. As the starting center for the Kansas City Chiefs, Humphrey was already a well-paid individual, but a lucrative contract extension bestowed upon him earlier this summer by the team will make sure his lineage has generational wealth for a long, long time.

Tell that to his humble, heartland upbringing.

Humphrey is unlikely to forget the value of a dollar anytime soon or to completely forgo a thrifty moment here or there based upon his gameday apparel these days. While plenty of Humphrey's teammates show up weekly to Arrowhead in style—and looking fabulous in doing so—we're pretty enamored with Humphrey's chosen looks as well.

Perhaps you'll recall last week's head-turning emsemble anchored by a straightforward t-shirt that would have been the talk of New York Fashion Week.

This week, Humphrey is back with a similar look—hey, why change what works?—with a recycled twist

Yeah, that's the same shirt with some duct tape over the Ravens name, replaced by "BENGALS." Genius.

We've gotta hand it to Humphrey who has found a way in his pre-game walk-up to stay connected with the average fan, to show he's not unapproachable despite his newfound wealth.

And in a way, it reminds us of this Browns jersey—without the sadness, of course.
