The Kansas City Chiefs and Philadelphia Eagles are currently tied with 7 points apiece in a rainy primetime game on Monday Night Football and the teams look evenly matched so far. However, the Chiefs watched wide receiver and returner Mecole Hardman leave in the first quarter with a thumb injury.

The Chiefs have officially designated Hardman as questionable to return against the Eagles.

For now, Skyy Moore will take Hardman's place on special teams as the primary punt returner, but the Chiefs have other candidates who can rotate in as needed.

The Chiefs dealt for Hardman shortly before the league's trade deadline in a small swap with the New York Jets. The Chiefs agreed to a future swap of late-round draft picks in order to bring back Hardman to the Chiefs after he left in free agency to sign a one-year deal with New York back in March.

The Eagles are visiting the Chiefs in Week 11 in a game that brings both teams back from the bye week in a highly-anticipated game that presents viewers with a rematch of last year's Super Bowl. Both teams are also at the top of their respective conferences. The Chiefs are 7-2 sitting in first place in the AFC, while the Eagles are 8-1 while leading the NFC.
