Stop me if you've heard this before: The Kansas City Chiefs won a game on what many thought was a controversial penalty. On 4th-and-long, Bengals rookie safety Daijahn Anthony was flagged for pass interference on Rashee Rice to give KC a fresh set of downs and the chance to win the game, which they did moments later.

Non-Chiefs fans are salty about the penalty though they ignore the penalty called on Wanya Morris on the previous play that wiped out a big gain. Former NFL journeyman backup quarterback Chase Daniel came to the Chiefs' defense on Monday and said that the refs were not the reason the Chiefs won this game.

Daniel said that the reason the Chiefs won this game and so many others like it is that they're much better than the teams around them. They know how to win in these moments and have proven it time and time again.

Daniel said that the Chiefs sent a message to the rest of the league and proceeded to list a few stats that highlighted how poorly the Chiefs played despite the win. Those stats he mentioned were the lack of Patrick Mahomes' passing yards, how bad the team was on third downs, and Travis Kelce only having one catch.

Even with all of those things working against Kansas City, the NFL's villains found a way to win the game. Daniel points out how legitimate of a receiver Rashee Rice is and showed the play where Chris Jones wrecked the Bengals offensive line to force that Joe Burrow fumble that was scooped up by Chamarri Conner and taken to the house. This happened after Mahomes threw a bad pick, showing that the defense can help pick up the offense after moments like that.

Daniel then shifts his attention to the penalty and says that it was defensive pass interference. He continues that this was a team win for the Chiefs and concludes with "Everyone is all in for the Chiefs."

Until another team comes in and dethrones the Chiefs, they're the top of the NFL mountain and other fanbases are going to be salty about that until that day comes. It wasn't long ago when the New England Patriots were the team everyone hated and now the Chiefs have turned into the new villains in the league.

Hey, who cares if the rest of the world doesn't like us? Chiefs fans, especially the ones who have been there during the tough times, are loving every moment of this dynasty. Let's keep it rolling, boys.
