Back-to-Back Super Bowl Champs. Gear up, Kansas City.

In just the second Super Bowl to ever go to overtime, the Kansas City Chiefs overcame the San Francisco 49ers 25-22.

Patrick Mahomes was the Chiefs leading passer (obviously) and rusher, using his legs in a few key moments in overtime.

He completed 34-of-46 passes for 333 yards and two touchdowns while adding 66 yards on nine carries.

After trailing 10-3 at the half, Kansas City rallied in the third quarter, scoring 10 unanswered points. They then tied the game at 19 on a 29-yard Harrison Butker field goal with just three seconds left. Then, Mahomes led a 13-play, 75-yard drive that finished with the game-winning touchdown to Mecole Hardman.

Boom.

Just like that, the Kansas City Chiefs are back-to-back Super Bowl champions.
