6 NFL draft prospects that Chiefs fans should scout in CFP Championship Game
By Price Carter
Bralen Trice, Washington, Edge
Few players did more to improve their draft stock in the college football playoff than edge rusher Bralen Trice. He was a key part of the Husky defense shutting down Quinn Ewers for the first half. Trice has some traits similar to George Karlaftis: high motor, solid bull rush, and power. He's shown more technique as the year has gone on, and he's lined up inside some as well. That's another trait teams will like from a 6'4" 260 pass rusher.
There's no such thing as too many pass rushers, and with the possible loss of Chris Jones and Mike Danna in free agency, the Chiefs still have a need. The defense is hoping for a step forward from rookie Felix Anudike-Uzomah and a full season from Charles Omenihu, but they could use another body. Trice does several things the Chiefs like as far as rushing style and physically profiles out similar to Karlaftis.
