4. Tee Higgins, Free Agent

If it's not Mike Evans and it's not a top draft prospect, then Chiefs fans would be clamoring for Veach to go out and get Tee Higgins in free agency. Higgins is very likely to sign with a new team, too, with the Cincinnati Bengals needing to eventually pay Ja'Marr Chase on what will be a hefty contract extension.

Higgins is coming off a down year due to struggling with some injuries as well as not having Joe Burrow under center for a chunk of the season. It was a tough year for the former Clemson standout. But, Higgins is still viewed as a top-20 receiver in this league and could easily be a top-10 guy on this Chiefs team.

Like Evans, Higgins is a big-bodied target, standing 6-foot-4. If Higgins hadn't been sharing targets with Chase over the last couple of seasons, he would probably have ended up with some even more monstrous seasons, putting him into the conversation of one of the top wideouts in the league today.

With Mahomes, Higgins would have the chance at being a top-5 wide receiver, and that's not by any stretch. He would be exactly what this team needs, and whether it's Higgins or another top option, it is up to Veach to make a move like this happen.
