It's Travis Kelce's birthday!

The Kansas City Chiefs tight end turned 35 on October 5th and it's hard to have had a better few years than Kelce has recently. From winning two Super Bowls back-to-back (not even counting the one he won in 2020) to hosting Saturday Night Live to dating the most popular singer on the planet, it's Travis Kelce's world and we're all just living in it.

With the star tight end and future Hall of Famer celebrating his 35th birthday, let's come up with some wishes Kelce could make when he's blowing out the candles this year.

Wish #1: A Chiefs three-peat!

The easiest wish for Kelce to make is for his squad, our beloved Chiefs, to be the first team in NFL history to pull off the three-peat. It wouldn't be the craziest wish either because there's absolutely a chance that this Chiefs team could win its third straight Super Bowl title.

When Kelce first joined the Chiefs in 2013, they were in the first year of the Andy Reid era. It wasn't until Kelce's seventh year in the league that he reached his first Super Bowl. Now all he knows is Super Bowls, as he's been to four of them over the past five seasons and won three of them.

Simply winning back-to-back titles was a huge accomplishment for the Chiefs because it was the first time an NFL champion had won back-to-back Super Bowls since the Patriots did it in 2002 and 2003 but now it's time for the Chiefs to up the ante and make history.

Wish #2: A 1,000 yard season!

While Kelce still had a great season in 2023, it was the first time since 2015 that he didn't finish with 1,000 yards receiving. He did come close, however, finishing with 984 yards, just 16 yards shy of what would have been his eighth straight season going past the 1,000-yard mark.

That being said, Kelce did miss two games in 2023 (one due to injury and another was holding him out to prep for the playoffs) so one has to think had he appeared in one of those games that he'd have gotten the record. Either way, Kelce might be wishing for another 1,000-yard season when he blows out the candles on his birthday.

WIsh #3: An explosive offense!

When Patrick Mahomes first took over as the quarterback for the Chiefs, they were pretty much unstoppable on offense. The defense, on the other hand, struggled mightily and cost them in the 2018 AFC Championship game.

Fast forward to the 2023 season and the roles have switched. The Chiefs defense is currently the strength of the team with the offense lagging behind. We're seeing signs of that being the case again in 2024, but maybe Kelce can use his wishing powers to prevent that from happening again.

Why can't the Chiefs have both a top-10 offense and a top-10 defense? This wouldn't be a case of Kelce being greedy because it's entirely possible.
