It's gotta be hard playing for a bad team. Some newer fans wouldn't know because the Kansas City Chiefs are in the midst of a golden era, but some former Chiefs players are finding out. And the bad team that some of those former Chiefs play for is the New Orleans Saints.
The Saints have turned into a home for several former Chiefs players, and these days, Tyrann Mathieu and Khalen Saunders both currently reside in the Big Easy where their football team is struggling big time. After giving a brief tease of what they could be by winning their first two games of the season with eye-popping scores, the Saints have now lost seven straight games and are one of the worst teams in the league.
We're pretty sure there's no such thing as a Cottonelle DooDoo Bowl, right
Scratch that, they probably are the worst team because they managed to lose to the previous worst team, the Carolina Panthers. And Saunders let his own team have it after with one simple, yet hilarious, tweet.
If that was a college bowl game that mf woulda been called the Cottonelle DooDoo Bowl.

We just lost the Cottonelle DooDoo Bowl. Smh.
I've personally always liked Saunders since he was drafted by the Chiefs. While he wasn't a great player, he was a good one. And honestly, his personality seems so infectious. He's one of the few players I follow on X, and it's become he's just straight-up funny.
If he was back on the Chiefs, I think he would be a great locker room presence. And instead of playing in the Cottonelle DooDoo Bowl he'd probably be playing for a Super Bowl. Who knows? Maybe this tweet (and the string of previous tweets he also let rip) will get him cut and he'll find his way back to Kansas City.
I do feel really bad that he is stuck on the Saints right now though. He deserves better. But at least he's making the most of it.
In all seriousness tho. I’m here for comedic relief thru this hard time

But ain’t shit funny fr. I’ve never in my career finished below .500. This shit ain’t cool.
To the fans (esp. the loyal ones going thru hell rn) i apologize for my part in the failures. I will be better.🖤💛
For his sake, we hope the Saints can rattle off a few more wins. In the meantime, if you ever need a pick me up go, take a scroll through Khalen the Comedian's X feed, you won't be disappointed.
