While we take the NFL Draft seriously as fans, actual jobs are on the line for NFL franchises—at least for most teams. No one is getting fired from the Kansas City Chiefs anytime soon, but that doesn't mean that general manager Brett Veach isn't feeling some pressure to right some roster wrongs heading into the draft.
The good news is that the Chiefs have eight total picks, including three of the top 66 picks in this year's draft to fill some long-term holes.

When is the 2025 NFL Draft?
The 2025 NFL Draft takes place over three days, from Thursday, April 24 to Saturday, April 26. Here are the specific times and dates for each round.
- Round 1 – Thursday, April 24 (starts at 7:00 p.m. CT)
- Rounds 2-3 – Friday, April 25 (starts at 6:00 p.m. CT)
- Rounds 4-7 – Saturday, April 26 (starts at 11:00 a.m. CT)
Where is the 2025 NFL Draft?
The NFL has made the NFL Draft into a family-friendly traveling circus of sorts in the last decade, and the popularity of the event—especially attending it in-person—has soared as a result. Kansas City hosted the draft a couple of years ago (2023) and enjoyed a big boost to the local economy because of it. This year, Green Bay gets a chance to host the festivities, so expect to see plenty of Packers legends, fans with cheese on their head, and other local flavors.

There are three primary networks that will be carrying the draft over the course of the weekend. ESPN, NFL Network, and ABC will all feature broadcasts of the selections made, while ESPN Deportes will have a Spanish-language version.
