The summer has arrived for Chiefs Kingdom with the release of Kansas City's official training camp schedule. Once again, the Chiefs will set up camp in St. Joseph for three full weeks of grueling practices and fan-friendly activities—including lots of autographs!—as Andy Reid and his staff try to pare down the roster from the current 90-man edition to the final 53-man version that will start the regular season.

Every preseason since 2010, K.C. has taken its show over the campus of Missouri Western State University in St. Joseph, a 16-year tradition that will begin this year on July 29, at least for Season Ticket Members. Public practices open on July 30 and will continue most days through August 20.

How to get tickets to Chiefs training camp

If you're a Season Ticket Member, you'll get first dibs starting at 10 a.m. (CT) on Tuesday, June 16, with the general public following at 10 a.m. (CT) Wednesday, June 17. Every ticket must be reserved at the Chiefs' training camp site.

How much is it to go to training camp practices?

Most practices are free, but Missouri Western will charge a $7 admission on three dates: Saturday, Aug. 1, Friday, Aug. 7, and Saturday, Aug. 8 (Family Fun Day). Parking at Missouri Western runs $8 per vehicle per day (except on the two STM-only dates, which have free parking).

Is there a limit on tickets?

Fans can reserve up to six tickets per practice across a maximum of three sessions, though that cap doesn't apply to the exclusive STM days or the paid admission dates, which are booked separately.

What about inclement weather?

The Chiefs stated that weather and field conditions are evaluated daily, which means any practice moved indoors will be closed to the public. Make sure to keep your expectations fluid.
