The playoffs are out of reach. Team honors are now out the window. But personal accomplishments are still something for Kansas City Chiefs to celebrate. Several members of the Chiefs roster were named as Pro Bowlers for the 2025 season, four to the primary rosters and three more as alternates. That's a solid number considering the frustrating results in the standings.
The Chiefs currently stand at 6-9 overall with two games to play, including a short week appearance against the Denver Broncos on Christmas Day. However, it's a bit more heartening this holiday season to focus on the fact that the Chiefs still have so many pillars who stand among the best at their respective positions.
Here's a look at the Chiefs Pro Bowlers for 2025:
Creed Humphrey
Creed Humphrey is remaking the center position in his image, so it's no surprise to see him earning yet another Pro Bowl nod for his efforts. Ever since the Chiefs made him the second-round pick in 2021, Humphrey has manned the center role in each and every game over the course of long-yet-rewarding seasons in K.C. He ranked third in Offensive Rookie of the Year voting in his first season, and he's been a Pro Bowler ever since. This is his fourth nod, but you might as well pencil him in for any healthy season until he hangs up his cleats.
Chris Jones
Jones is the other starter Chiefs starter on this year's Pro Bowl roster, along with Humphrey, with Kelce and Smith as backups. While Jones had his tough spots this year (e.g. Jacksonville in Week 5), he remains the catalyst up front for the Chiefs pass rush. This is his 7th consecutive Pro Bowl nod, and he's been named a first- or second-team All-Pro in six of those seasons. That's a Canton-worthy resume and this season gives him an even better chance at future HOF numbers.
Travis Kelce
Travis Kelce wanted to come back strong in 2025, and while the team failed to bounce back from a devastating Super Bowl showing against the Philadelphia Eagles this year, the Chiefs tight end did his part with a rejuvenated return at age 36. This is Pro Bowl number 11 for Kelce, and by now, the stats just sound silly. A legendary player who is still among the best at his position.
Trey Smith
The fact that Trey Smith even turned into a starter at some point in his NFL career would have provided a solid return on the Chiefs' sixth-round investment in 2021. That he's turned into Humphrey's running mate up front as a league-feared mauler now getting his second Pro Bowl nod is incredible. The Chiefs were wise to lock up Smith when they did. Even while playing through an injury this year, he's recognized as an elite player.
Pro Bowl alternates
Three more Chiefs players were named Pro Bowl alternates for this year's games. Linebacker Nick Bolton, quarterback Patrick Mahomes, and cornerback Trent McDuffie
