Back in the 2024 NFL Draft, the Kansas City Chiefs held the 32nd pick in the first round but they ultimately moved up a few spots. To do so, they executed a trade with the Buffalo Bills, moving from the 32nd pick to the 28th pick to nab Xavier Worthy, a wide receiver out of Texas.
In exchange, the Bills moved to the final pick of the first round but sent that selection to the Carolina Panthers. That meant they ended up not drafting until the first pick of the second round, so 33rd overall, which they spent on Florida State receiver Keon Coleman.
To say that Coleman has been a disappointment in Buffalo would be an understatement, as the Bills second-year wide receiver has just 61 catches for 886 yards and seven touchdowns through the first 22 games of his NFL career. This year, he's managed just 32 grabs for 330 yards and three scores.
It only gets worse for Coleman, however. He was a healthy scratch for Buffalo's home game against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in Week 11 due to missing a team meeting on Friday morning, per Adam Schefter.

Bills' Keon Coleman mess just keeps getting worse for Buffalo but better for Chiefs fans
Coleman was healthy enough to play, and the Bills certainly could have used him, against the Buccaneers but he was benched because of his own actions. The pick just keeps looking worse and worse for Buffalo.
It's bad enough that the Bills now know Coleman probably isn't going to be the standout wide receiver they needed for Josh Allen. To make matters worse for them though, Buffalo traded with the Chiefs, moving down the draft board and allowing K.C. to get Worthy, a guy who has proven to be an impactful player for the Chiefs offense.
This isn't the first time the Bills have swapped first-round picks with Kansas City either, doing so in the 2017 draft and allowing the Chiefs to get some guy named Patrick Mahomes. Maybe the Bills should stop making first-round trades with Kansas City, huh? Chiefs fans hope they won't though because this just keeps getting better and better for Chiefs Kingdom.
