Being undefeated feels amazing; but, it feels even better with an electric offense.

Kenneth Walker has added the extra juice needed for the Chiefs' offense to be elite again. Currently, he leads the NFL in rushing yards (665) and yards per carry (6.3) and is tied for seventh in rushing touchdowns (6). Furthermore, he has had two rushing touchdowns in two straight games.

This Sunday, the Chiefs will face the reigning Super Bowl champions, the Seattle Seahawks, and Kenneth Walker can bring an extra kick to give the Chiefs an advantage.

Walker knows the Seahawks' defense

After practicing against a defense for so long, you can have ideas and tells about what they like to do, especially when you're in the same building with them for a very long time. Walker was in Seattle with the Seahawks' defensive coordinator, Aden Durde, in 2024 and 2025.

Now, this point has its inverse: the Seahawks' defense knows how Walker plays. It also helps that they are ranked 10th in rushing yards allowed (96 rushing yards per game) in 2026.

While this is true, Walker has been on an absolute tear this season, and he has looked like a completely different player. Additionally, there is another fact that rings true as the Chiefs head into this matchup.

The Seahawks have faced an elite running back already

On October 11, the Seahawks played against the San Francisco 49ers at home and lost 32-29. It was a hard-fought game where they played against an elite running back: Christian McCaffrey.

On 11 carries, McCaffrey had 68 yards (6.2 yards per carry) and a touchdown. That average is nothing to scoff at, as he was able to find holes in the Seahawks' run defense and get through them more easily than other running backs have this season.

Now, take this into account with another elite running back this season: Kenneth Walker. Imagine what he can do against this Seattle rush defense.

Having a good offensive line always helps

Kenneth Walker has been amazing, but no skill player or offense is complete without an offensive line. When you have good run blockers, it always helps you a little more. Trey Smith and Kingsley Suamataia proved just that, being the top two run blockers of Week 6:

With how the Chiefs' offense has been trending this season, expect Walker to get plenty of attempts behind a good interior offensive line. Having this aid him gives him more opportunities to show what the Seahawks have been missing out on.
