An NFL team requires a certain number of important components to work together in harmony in order to turn the corner on any level of sustained success. When it comes to the annual failure of the Las Vegas Raiders to offer up anything meaningful for their fans, it’s hard to say exactly what’s not broken.

On the latest Arrowhead Addict podcast, join Adam Best and Sterling Holmes as they try to understand the difficulty of the NFL Draft by examining the history of “premium picks” from the Raiders. What can the Kansas City Chiefs learn from their AFC West foe? Also, Matt Harmon of Yahoo Sports drops by to help the AA crew navigate the wide receiver situation in Kansas City.
