Pick Analysis. Florida. player. 46. Scouting Report. QB. Anthony Richardson. 4

This one might be a match made in Heaven. There is no chance that the Colts don’t come out of this draft with a new quarterback to lead the charge with new head coach Shane Steichen. It just so happens that Anthony Richardson would fit Steichen’s offense perfectly. Richardson has tremendous athleticism. With some work on his technique and mechanics, Richardson might develop into a superstar. With Richardson leading the way, the Cots would at the very least be entertaining to watch every Sunday.

Jalen Carter. Scouting Report. Pick Analysis. IDL. Georgia. 5. player. 36

From Denver

This fit just makes too much sense. Jalen Carter has tremendous value at five overall. Many were expecting Jalen Carter to be the first overall pick until the Bears traded that pick away. Now, the Seahawks find themselves with a new anchor to the defensive line. Carter presents a problem for interior offensive linemen due to his great balance and power. For a team like Seattle that could use a boost from the defensive line, Carter makes perfect sense if the board falls this way.

6. player. Scouting Report. Pick Analysis. QB. Kentucky. Will Levis. 35

From Detroit via LA Rams (Projected Trade)

The Titans are further away from being a contender than anyone imagined after some very good years. Now, they find themselves stuck with a quarterback that is not getting any younger or any more talented. Now, they have a decision to make. Do they stay mediocre and ride the wave until a quarterback becomes available, or do they take a gamble in the hopes that they can change their trajectory? I think it’s the ladder. Will Levis has tremendous arm strength and poise. He can, on occasion, hold the ball too long, or take too long to process, which has led to turnovers. However, his potential is real. He could develop into an elite talent and the Titans can’t afford to let someone else have him.

player. Scouting Report. Pick Analysis. 7. CB. Illinois. Devon Witherspoon. 28

While many would expect a different cornerback to come off the board here, Devon Witherspoon is a great fit in Las Vegas. With great ball skills and physicality, he would be a very welcomed addition to the Raiders’ secondary which has a lot of role players. Witherspoon’s leadership and willingness to play tough football will pay off for the Raiders. This would be the best draft pick that they have made in the first round in what seems like a decade.
