Jayson Ademilola, Notre Dame

Projected Round: 5-7

Defensive Fit: High

Analysis:  Jayson Ademilola is what Brett Veach wanted Breeland Speaks to be: A guy with a high motor that flashes high potential. While Ademilola is more of a pass-rusher, he does have some questions about his overall power. With a good anchor, he is rarely blown off of the line, but his frame limits his ability to be an every down kind of player.

The Chiefs would not have to risk much in order to nab Ademilola in the later part of the draft. With a high potential against the pass, it might be worth taking a look for Brett Veach and Steve Spagnuolo, who would like to build depth and talent along the line for the future.

While it certainly wouldn’t be a trendy pick, Ademilola might be one of those players that sticks around for a long time to be a key rotational piece for the long-haul.
