The National Football League is set to hold its annual first-year player draft during the last weekend in April.

Even though the curtain has closed on the 2022 season, there’s still plenty of action for fans to keep the rumors stoked, the Twitter feed refreshed, and the passions of fans around the league churning for the next couple of months. That includes the start of free agency just a week ago and the anticipation of the National Football League’s first-year player draft coming up in a few weeks.

The 2023 NFL Draft is coming up at the end of April with a host of festivities in Kansas City intended to provide fun for not only fans but the entire family. At this point, the NFL Draft is a traveling circus of sorts, intended to provide an immersive experience while also celebrating the entrance of 250 or so college players into the league—making their dreams of playing professional football come true.

If you’re wanting to plan your spring calendar, then you’ll definitely want to carve out a few days to catch the NFL draft. And for those who want to ignore the later rounds, do so at your own peril knowing that significant contributors are often found in the later rounds. Just ask last year’s rookie class for the Kansas City Chiefs, where they found cornerback Jaylen Watson and running back Isiah Pacheco in the seventh round.

Here’s the official schedule for the 2023 NFL Draft

April 27, Thursday – Round One – 7:00 p.m. (CT)
April 28, Friday – Rounds Two and Three – 6:00 p.m. (CT)
April 29, Saturday – Rounds Four through Seven – 11:00 a.m. (CT)
