With the season over, the Kansas City Chiefs quickly turn to the offseason. What positions should the team address in the 2023 NFL Draft?

Kansas City Chiefs fans, the Super Bowl has come and gone. There is a saying, “The last thing you did is the worst thing you did,” reminding people not to rest on their laurels. Fans and the team should rightfully enjoy the parade and the feeling of being on top of the league. All levels of the organization have been praised after the Super Bowl, including the training staff and 65 Toss Power Trap Productions. Having another Lombardi in Kansas City really brings a lot of smiles and good will.

Fans can bet that Chiefs general manager Brett Veach and his team are not slowing down much, though.

The 2023 NFL Draft is quickly approaching, with the NFL Combine heading to Indianapolis in less than two weeks. The YouTube film reviews have started, the mock draft machines are on fire, and the Chiefs have plenty of draft ammunition. The Chiefs have nine draft picks as of now, with more coming due to free agent compensation. The Chiefs have recently proven they can find diamonds in the later rounds, as exhibited by seventh-round selections Jaylen Watson and Isaih Pacheco. The 2022 Chiefs rookie class was one of the league’s best, despite the Chiefs picking later in each round.

Fans rightfully have high expectations for this draft, with Kansas City hosting the event. What positions should the Chiefs address for 2023 and beyond?
