2. Win the turnover battle

This one is very straightforward. The Chiefs have had problems all season long with turnovers. They turned the ball over way too many on offense and special teams and didn’t force many takeaways on defense early in the season. Philadelphia finished the regular season with the third-best turnover differential in the NFL, while Kansas City was 23rd.

Given how even the two teams are, it will be all the little things that help determine the outcome. If the Chiefs turn the ball over multiple times and don’t force any turnovers on defense, they’re going to lose this game by a healthy margin. But if they play a clean game on offense and force Jalen Hurts or another Eagles’ offensive player into a mistake, then that will give Patrick Mahomes and the offense an extra possession to potentially put up points.
