The Kansas City Chiefs survived a push from the Jacksonville Jaguars on Saturday in the divisional round with Patrick Mahomes operating on an injured ankle, but now the team has a rematch with the Cincinnati Bengals, who they lost to in the AFC Championship last season at home and three times in the past 13 months.

With Mahomes’ effectiveness in question ahead of Sunday’s matchup, there has been no public discussion about him missing the game altogether, the Chiefs are a consensus one-point favorite against the Bengals. However, what about their Super Bowl odds?

Updated Super Bowl Odds

This is essentially a toss-up between the four remaining teams. Considering the Chiefs are (slight) home favorites, they are the second choice to win the Super Bowl and just behind the Eagles (who are bigger home favorites in the NFC title game).

However, there’s not much separating the four teams as this is setting up to be a compelling weekend of football. This is the first time since 2016, and the fourth time since 2000, that both conference title games have favorites inside of a field goal, per @ClevTA.

If you believe that the fourth time is the charm for the Chiefs against Joe Burrow and the Bengals, maybe look to the Super Bowl market as Mahomes will have an extra week to rest up his ankle and be ready for the Super Bowl to enhance your payout.
