Chiefs vs. Broncos Best Bet for Week 14: OVER/UNDER Has Value

The Kansas City Chiefs travel to Mile High to take on the Denver Broncos in AFC West action in Week 14.
The Chiefs need to bounce back quickly after a loss to the Bengals and will face one of the worst offenses in football in the Broncos, who have not been able to capitalize on an elite defense this season.
Will Patrick Mahomes keep pace in the MVP race and keep the Chiefs in lockstep with the Buffalo Bills for the No. 1 seed in the AFC?
I’ll give you my best bet for the game, but first let’s check out the latest line movement:

The point spread has held steady all week, sitting at -9.5 for much of it while the total has jumped from 41.5 to 44.
Chiefs vs. Broncos Prediction and Pick
What was originally billed as one of the marquee matchups of Week 14 will be anything but with the lowly Broncos hosting the Chiefs.
Kansas City is known for its offense, far and away the best unit in terms of EPA/Play in the NFL, but they won’t have an explosive game on the road against a stout Denver defense that is fourth in terms of EPA/Play and second in success rate.
On the other side, the Wilson-led Broncos have been a disaster on offense. They have scored more than 20 points twice this season and will struggle to clear that number once again.
Denver is 4-1 against the spread as an underdog, making me less interested in fading them at home catching over a touchdown, so I’ll look to the total with the anemic Broncos offense. Take the UNDER in this one.
