#73 G/C Nick Allegretti

College: Illinois
Years Pro: 4 (26 years old)
Chance of Making the Roster: High

Nick Allegretti is entering his fourth season as a Chief. In limited playing time, he has proven himself to be an effective blocker. While he is not necessarily an elite player, he will likely return to the active roster this season due to his ability as a depth piece. Allegretti is a powerful blocker that has rotated between center and guard.

#74 OT Geron Christian

College: Louisville
Years Pro: 5 (25 years old)
Chance of Making the Roster: High

As one of the few moves made this offseason along the offensive line, Geron Christian was added on a one-year deal. Christian has not yet established a main role on a team, he makes for an intriguing piece of the puzzle for Kansas City. Christian is athletically gifted and has great length to wall off defenders. If Christian can stay healthy, he will almost assuredly make the team and see some early playing time.

#70 OT Prince Tego Wanogho

College: Auburn
Years Pro: 2 (24 years old)
Chance of Making the Roster: On the Bubble

Prince Tego Wanogho was a low-risk and high-reward signing when he was released by the Eagles after being their 6th-round pick. With some time, Tego Wanogho may just develop into a viable depth player. Tego Wanogho has unfortunately been saddled with injury struggles throughout his career. It will be a fascinating battle during training camp to see whether he earns a spot on the roster, is sent back to the practice squad, or if he is outright cut. His job truly seems like it is up in the air.

#71 OT Roderick Johnson

College: Florida State
Years Pro: 5 (26 years old)
Chance of Making the Roster: On the Bubble

Roderick Johnson is being given another chance. After receiving playing time with the Texans, last season Johnson spent the season on the Dolphin’s practice squad. Johnson was drafted by the Cleveland Browns in 2017 in the fifth round. The former Florida State Seminole got injured early in his career and was then sent to waivers where he was claimed by the Texans. Now, he finds himself entering his fifth year with an opportunity for redemption in Kansas City.

#75 OT/G Darian Kinnard

College: Kentucky
Years Pro: Rookie (22 years old)
Chance of Making the Roster: High

One of the most universally loved draft picks that the Chiefs made this season was Darian Kinnard at the beginning of the fifth round. Kinnard has the versatility that the team values, but primarily played tackle with the Kentucky Wildcats. With increasing uncertainty at tackle, there is a chance that Kinnard gets earlier repetitions than what was previously thought. With tremendous strength and surprising quickness, Kinnard will be one of the most intriguing players on the field during training camp and the preseason.
