Podcast: Seth Keysor talks Orlando Brown Jr and Chiefs offseason
By Matt Conner
The Athletic’s Seth Keysor appeared on the podcast to talk about the Chiefs’ surprising offseason, the ills at defensive end, and a contract for OBJr.
For a team heading into the doldrums of the early summer in the National Football League, the Kansas City Chiefs are still giving us quite a bit to discuss these days.
From the ongoing youth movement and the perception of how the rookies and other new faces are looking in offseason training activities to the looming contract extension for left tackle Orlando Brown Jr., there are a lot of opinions flying around Chiefs Kingdom these days.
On this latest episode of the Arrowhead Addict podcast, we wanted to reach out to a longtime friend in Seth Keysor of The Athletic and the Chief of the North newsletter to tell us his opinions on what the Chiefs have been up to over the last several months, what he would have done in response, and how he feels about the team going forward.
Of course, things go off the rails early and often, but Seth also provided some excellent analysis when it comes to the nuances of Brown’s potential contract, his concerns at defensive end and cornerback, and what he thinks of Skyy Moore and Justyn Ross.
