Most memorable Chiefs-related moments in NFL Combine history

Mo Claiborne hates the Wonderlic
Earlier this year, the NFL abandoned the Wonderlic test as a tool utilized in the pre-draft process to measure a player’s intelligence—or at least to attempt to do so. The league announced via memo back in January that the test was finished and that teams would have to find other ways to figure out the intellect of a player instead.
From now on, then, there won’t be the sort of embarrassing moments endured by the likes of former Kansas City Chiefs cornerback Morris Claiborne.
It’s one thing to not perform well on a test but it’s another to have media outlets trumpet those results as news stories. Unfortunately for Claiborne, that’s exactly what happened after he put up a miserable score of 4 on the Wonderlic back in 2012. The top score on the Wonderlic was 50, for the sake of reference.
Say what you will about tests and their ability to accurately measure intelligence, but Claiborne got the last laugh after going on to play for 8 NFL seasons. Spotrac has his total earnings at over $33 million, which is not so bad for a guy who was once dragged for a low test score.
