After a week filled with an abundance of analysis and heightened anticipation, the Kansas City Chiefs and Buffalo Bills are finally ready to take the field in the league’s Divisional Round of the playoffs for the chance to go to the AFC Championship game.

While the conference’s ultimate winner will be crowned one week from today, the truth is that many analysts around the NFL feel that the game between the Chiefs and Bills represents the real AFC title game, one in which two teams that are arguably the most dangerous of all are fighting for the right to even contend.

That makes the drama and tensions surrounding this game so great. It’s a tale of the tape of two dynamic quarterbacks in Patrick Mahomes and Josh Allen. These are two deep rosters with great head coaches in place to guide them. It will be a game to remember, that’s for sure, as we head into Sunday night.

Chiefs Injury Report vs Buffalo Bills Wild Card Round

The Chiefs could be missing both cornerback Rashad Fenton and running back Darrel Williams as both are questionable coming into the game. Williams was limited in practice while Fenton didn’t make it to practice in any capacity with a back injury. The Chiefs could likely weather both losses but it’d be nice to see both players on the field if possible.

Clyde Edwards-Helaire injury update

Will this be the week that the Chiefs finally get Clyde Edwards-Helaire back on the field? At this point, does it even matter? For some, that’s a very real question after watching the likes of Jerick McKinnon, Darrel Williams, and even Derrick Gore look good at various points this season while Edwards-Helaire has missed time due to injury. Still, the Chiefs would likely love to have a full complement of talent in their backfield available to them, and CEH would love to prove his doubters wrong on the biggest stage possible. He practiced all week and should be good to go.

Chiefs vs Bills Odds, Spread, Over/Under & Betting Pick Wild Card round

WynnBET’s Divisional Round odds have the Chiefs favored by 2.5 points, which speaks to the toss-up nature of the contest. Both teams have the top-tier talent, overall depth, and coaching excellence to represent the AFC in the Super Bowl and both have contested this late in the postseason before. The Bills win over the Chiefs back in October gives them a slight edge in the odds.
