4. Tennessee Titans

A lot of people have written the Tennessee Titans off. That’s understandable, they’ve been hit hard by the injury bug on offense. The loss of Derrick Henry was especially devastating. The Titans have lost two of their last three games, but the team is still tied for the best record in the AFC at 9-4. Their remaining schedule is also one of the easier ones on this list.

  • at Pittsburgh Steelers
  • vs San Francisco 49ers
  • vs Miami Dolphins
  • at Houston Texans

There are reports out there that not only could Derrick Henry be back for the playoffs, but possibly the end of the regular season. If the Titans can find a way to gut out wins against the Steelers and 49ers in the coming weeks and then get Henry back, this is still a team with an outside shot at getting the number one seed. I’m not predicting for that to happen, but I do think they have a better path to the top seed than teams like the Ravens and Bills do now.

Next up is the biggest hurdle remaining on K.C.’s schedule.
